Let's show our HMS staff how much we appreciate them! This year, we're planning some fun experiences for our staff each day, including a yogurt bar and room service! There are lots of ways you can help—please take a look at the sign-up and choose something that works for you. Consider signing up for more than one item if you're able! We're so grateful for your generosity!

VOLUNTEERS are needed to help make this week a success for our all of our staff, please arrive 15 mins BEFORE your slot, enter through the main office showing your ID and obtain a visitors badge that must be worn for the duration of you time inside the building. Please refrain from talking in the hallways if classes are in session.

Thursday 5/1 ROOM SERVICE Prep & Delivery 8:30am-10:30am
Special opportunity to volunteer inside HMS. Volunteers can request grade level delivery route to deliver to their students teachers. Fun! Help pack orders and deliver them to classroom teachers, paraprofessionals, counselors, support staff, administration and custodians. All of our staff help make HMS the best it can be, let's shoiw them how much they are appreciated.

Gift Cards for Staff Raffles

Our faculty looks forward to this raffle item tradition, as it brings a sense of fun and excitement to the week. HMS PTA is collecting gift cards from Amazon, local restaurants, or stores and gift items for raffles for our faculty during Staff Appreciation Week.  ***Gift cards should be sent in BEFORE 4/24 to be prepped for raffle*** A variety of cards are needed so there is something for everyone. All gift cards are accepted & appreciated!

To contribute, please send in a gift card with your child, noting the amount, in a sealed envelope labeled for the HMS PTA to the main office. Gift items can be sent in sealed envelopes or to make arrangements for item pick up please email lmcommisky@gmail.com
