PTA Staff Holiday Lunch Monday Dec 16

 

Assist the PTA in coordinating a winter celebration luncheon for our entire staff! We'll be featuring delicious soups from Soup Thyme and sandwiches, and we're seeking your support to enhance our buffet. We have 110 staff members.

Kindly deliver any contributions to the Main Office of HMS on Monday, December 16, before 9:30 AM. Your generosity is greatly appreciated!

Volunteers

Volunteers are needed to help set up, refill and replace the three lunch wave buffets, and help with clean up.  

If you plan on volunteering; please make sure you have a current volunteer form submitted to the Main Office. Enter through the main door at your slot time, bring ID with you, obtain a visitors badge, and quietly go straight to the FACS room (classes are in session).
